Aligning of Interests

We seek to align our financial interests with those of our clients by charging fees, based on assets under management, rather than the commission-only model whereby the advisor could win while the client loses. A fee-only model allows for objective management of investment portfolios.

No Trading Incentives

Our firm is not incentivized to create activity in client accounts as the transaction costs are charged and received by the custodian. Client transaction fees are negotiated by Poehling Capital Management with the custodian.

Win-Win situations are the optimal alternative.
